Flex Imaging is a Metro Atlanta based company providing flexible management solutions for today’s popular laser printers, scanners, copiers and multi-function (MFP) equipment. In 1984, Flex Imaging saw the need in the market for an alternative print cartridge solution and opened their doors solely as a cartridge re-manufacturer to help customers save money.

Fast forward 30 years and Flex Imaging still offers quality re-manufactured toner supplies but has also expanded and offers complete Managed Print Services, document solutions to small to medium businesses (SMB), education, government agencies and enterprise level businesses. Each division of Flex Imaging is located in the Metro Atlanta area; however, we provide national coverage for both service and supply fulfillment to meet the needs of our customers.

Flex Imaging is authorized for warranty repair for several manufacturers of laser printers, copiers, scanners and multi-function devices.  Our service department consists of factory certified technicians who are trained to repair and respond to all service calls quickly and efficiently in order to reduce our customers’ down time.

Flex Imaging has a dedicated staff of solution experts who are trained and knowledgeable in best practices to implement various solutions aimed at solving challenges related to managing and optimizing your print environment, scanning workflows, document management and sharing, device security, and access control.  Flex Imaging aims to understand the needs and challenges of your business and help you accomplish the goals and objectives you have set forth.

The monitoring software or appliance notifies Flex Imaging when toner is low or a repair is necessary.  This means many times you will receive product just before you run out or have a technician onsite before you are aware of an issue. Preventative maintenance is a priority with a managed print relationship.

Flex Imaging wants to avoid costly repairs a much as you do so we do our best to keep your printers working.   The FlexMPS monitoring system provides our expert technicians the information they need so they have the products and tools on hand to make the necessary repairs.  A single service call means less down time.

Delivery costs are also eliminated from our Managed Print Services program.
